1.1              Scope of Work

The scope of work includes the following facilities:

·          LF 13-2 Wellhead Platform (WHP) which consists of:

®       Test manifold (WHP-M-1201);

®       Production manifold (WHP-M-1202);

®       Multiphase flow meter (WHP-MFM-1301);

®       Pig launcher (WHP-PL-1501);

®       One set of hydrocyclone;

®       Diesel system;

®       Chemical injection system;

®       Emergency generator system;

®       Open and closed drain system;

®       Instrument and utility air system;

®       Sea water system; and

®       Fresh water system.

·          Process modification on LF 13-1 Wellhead Platform (P/F) which consists of:

®       One (1) set of crude oil treatment facility;

®       One (1) set of produced water treatment facility;

®       One (1) set of desalinator facility;

®       One (1) set of inert gas generator facility;

®       Two (2) sets of crude-diesel generator facility and electrical control facility;

®       One (1) set of chemical injection facility; and

®       Metering facility.

·          The 12 km 12² multiphase subsea pipelines from LF 13-2 Platform (WHP) to LF 13-1 Platform (P/F);

The proposed scope of work excludes the following facilities:

·          The subsea composite power cable;

·          The Floating Storage and Offloading Unit (FSOU); and

·          The 1.72 km 6² subsea metal hose from LF 13-1 Platform to FSOU etc.

1.3工作范围


工程范围包括以下设施:


•LF 13-2井口平台(WHP),包括:


试验管汇(WHP-M-1201);


生产管汇(WHP-M-1202);


多相流量计(WHP-MFM-1301);


清管器发射器(WHP-PL-1501);


一套水力旋流器;


柴油系统;


化学注入系统;


应急发电机系统;


开式和闭式排水系统;


仪表和公用空气系统;


海水系统;和


淡水系统。


LF 13-1井口平台(P/F)的工艺改造,包括:


一(1)套原油处理设施;


一(1)套气田水处理设施;


一(1)套海水淡化设施;


一(1)套惰性气体发生器设施;


两(2)套原油柴油发电机设施和电气控制设施;


一(1)套化学注入设施;和


计量设施。


•12公里12 从LF 13-2平台(WHP)到LF 13-1平台(P/F)的多相海底管道;


拟定工程范围不包括以下设施:


•海底复合电力电缆;


•浮式储存和卸载装置(FSOU);和


•1.72公里6 从LF 13-1平台到FSOU等的水下金属软管。

1.1              Process System

The well fluids from each oil well flow to production manifold through the flowline, then it will be directed to departing pipeline. The well fluids are transported to XX platform by discharge pressure of electric submersible pump (ESP).

When an individual well fluid needs testing, it shall be switched to test manifold, then to the multiphase flow meter.

The equipment of crude oil treatment system on XX platform as follows:

·          Test Manifold WHP-M-1201;

·          Production Manifold WHP-M-1202;

·          Multiphase Flow Meter WHP-MFM-1301; and

·          Pig Launcher WHP-PL-1501.

2.3工艺系统

来自各油井的井液通过出油管流向生产管汇,然后被引导至离开的管道。井液通过潜油电泵(ESP)的排放压力输送至XX平台。

当单井流体需要测试时,应切换至测试管汇,然后切换至多相流量计。

XX平台原油处理系统设备如下:

•测试管汇WHP-M-1201;

•生产管汇WHP-M-1202;

•多相流量计WHP-MFM-1301;

•清管器发射器WHP-PL-1501。
