1.1 Scope of Work
The scope of the HAZOP study was the Bajiaoting Platform process facilities and associated utilities as detailed on the P&IDs, which comprised of:
· P&ID 001-003 – Legend to the P&IDs;
· P&ID 101-103 – Wellheads and flow lines to the (3) separators;
· P&ID 104-106 – Separators;
· P&ID 110-111 – Oil to metering and pipeline;
· P&ID 112-116 – TEG Gas drying and TEG regeneration;
· P&ID 120, 122 & 124 – Wet gas compressors;
· P&ID 128 – Treated gas to pipeline;
· P&ID 129 & 130 – Closed drain system;
· P&ID 131 & 132 – Open drain system;
· P&ID 201 & 202 – FG treatment and distribution;
· P&ID 203-205 – Diesel users & distribution;
· P&ID 206 & 207 – Sea water lift pumps;
· P&ID 211-213 – Potable water system (not HAZOPed);
· P&ID 214 & 215 – Chemical injection facilities;
· P&ID 216-220 – FW system; and
· P&ID 221 – Sewage treatment (not HAZOPed).
The above-mentioned P&IDs are attached in Appendix II.
2.2工作范围

•P&ID 131和132–明渠系统;
•P&ID 201和202–FG处理和分配;
•P&ID 203-205–柴油机用户和分配;
•P&ID 206和207–海水提升泵;
•P&ID 211-213–饮用水系统(非危险操作);
•P&ID 214和215–化学注入设施;
•P&ID 216-220–FW系统;和
•P&ID 221–污水处理(非HAZOPed)。
