1.1 Scope of Work
The scope of the HAZOP study was the XJ 23-1 Drill Platform process facilities and associated utilities as detailed on the P&IDs, which comprised of:
· DWG–MDR-PI-1002 Rev B : P&ID Drilling Rig Interfaces;
· DWG–MDR-PI-1003 Rev B : P&ID High Pressure Mud System;
· DWG–MDR-PI-1004 Rev B : P&ID Mud Treatment System;
· DWG–MDR-PI-1005 Rev B : P&ID Reserve Mud Pits;
· DWG–MDR-PI-1006 Rev B : P&ID Mud Mix System;
· DWG–MDR-PI-1007 Rev B : P&ID Cementing System;
· DWG–MDR-PI-1008 Rev B : P&ID Bulk Cement System;
· DWG–MDR-PI-1009 Rev B : P&ID Bulk Mud System;
· DWG-MDR-PI-1010 Rev B : P&ID Sea Water System;
· DWG-MDR-PI-1011 Rev B : P&ID Potable Water;
· DWG-MDR-PI-1012 Rev B : P&ID Drilling Water System;
· DWG-MDR-PI-1013 Rev B : P&ID Diesel System;
· DWG-MDR-PI-1014 Rev B : P&ID Hydraulic System;
· DWG-MDR-PI-1015.01/2 Rev B : P&ID Rig Air System;
· DWG-MDR-PI-1016.01/2 Rev B : P&ID Drain Systems; and
· DWG-MDR-PI-1017 Rev B : P&ID Fire Water System.
The above-mentioned P&IDs are attached in Appendix II.
