1.1 Scope of Work
The scope of the HAZOP study was the X 30-1 DPP Platform process facilities and associated utilities as detailed on the P&IDs, which comprised of:
· DWG–DPP–PR–111–101 : P&ID for DPP wellheads;
· DWG–DPP–PR–112–101 : P&ID for DPP production heads and test header;
· DWG–DPP–PR–113–101 : P&ID for DPP test separator;
· DWG–DPP–PR–114–101 : P&ID for DPP prodcution separator;
· DWG–DPP–PR–114–102 : P&ID for DPP gas coolers;
· DWG–DPP–PR–115–101 : P&ID for DPP export gas pig launcher;
· DWG–DPP–PR–221–111 : P&ID for DPP wet gas compression – inlet gas scrubber and gas compressor (train A) (future);
· DWG–DPP–PR–221–112 : P&ID for DPP wet gas compression after cooler and discharge gas scrubber (train A) (future);
· DWG–DPP–PR–221–121 : P&ID for DPP wet gas compression – inlet gas scrubber and gas compressor (train B) (future);
· DWG–DPP–PR–221–122 : P&ID for DPP wet gas compression after cooler and discharge gas scrubber (train B) (future);
· DWG–DPP–PR–221–211 : P&ID for DPP TEG dehydration system – filter separation (train A);
· DWG–DPP–PR–221–212 : P&ID for DPP TEG dehydration system – glycol contactor and lean TEG/dry gas heat exchanger (train A);
· DWG–DPP–PR–221–221 : P&ID for DPP TEG dehydration system – filter separation (train B);
· DWG–DPP–PR–221–222 : P&ID for DPP TEG dehydration system – glycol contactor and lean TEG/dry gas heat exchanger (train B);

· DWG–DPP–PR–772–101 : P&ID for DPP diesel system – diesel day tank and emergency power generator;
· DWG–DPP–PR–661–003 : P&ID for fire water pump (DPP–P–6101);

· DWG–DPP–PR–661–005 : P&ID for fire water ringmain.
